Invitations are issued by the Federal Migration Service. It takes 7-10 working days to get a confirmation in Ukraine. After receiving all the documents and payment, we will send you the Original Invitation Letter by courier.

Step 3. Obtain a VISA

After getting an Invitation Letter you will have to contact the Ukrainian Embassy in your country. To get your VISA approved you will have to prepare the following documents:

The International Office of your University informs the Migration Service of Ukraine with the official letter about your arrival at the airport. When passing the border control — you will be asked several questions and you should explain which university you are going to, which faculty you’ve entered, who is picking you up at the airport. Make sure you have enough money to pay the university fees and cover other expenses.

Mention that if an international student doesn’t inform us about their arrival in advance — they will be deported back to their country!
