ADMISSION PROCESS IN POLAND

ADMISSION PROCESS

We do everything possible to make the Admission Process as easy as possible! Follow the simple steps or contact us if you need any help to get admitted! 

 

Step 1. Send the Documents and Get Admitted 

Send us your documents via email or fax. You can also Apply Online right on the website now! The documents Required: 

 

  • Passport (or any other ID document available)
  • School Certificate;
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with transcripts (for PG students) 
  • Filled Application Form

 

As soon as you are admitted we will send you the Invoice to cover your first-year tuition fees and the Admission Letter by email. 

 

Step 2. Get an Invitation Letter 

To start your studies at the Univesity of your choice in Poland you need to collect all the necessary packages of documents. If you have EU citizenship, there is no need to get the Invitation letter. The documents required: 

 

  • Copy of the International Passport; 
  • Application Form;
  • Data Processing Agreement;
  • Document Proving English Language Level;
  • Receipt of Payment Covering the First-Year Tuition Fee 

 

Invitations to study will be issued within 3 weeks, after submitting all the packages of documents. 

 

Step 3. Pass the English Exam 

If English is your native language or if you have EU citizenship you do not need to pass any tests or exams! 

If you need confirmation of knowledge of the English Language, we will conduct the ESOL Exam in the form of online testing. You will receive it at your home address from the UK. If you need any help our teachers will gladly assist you with any questions! 

If you have already passed any English Language Exam you can submit your results and we will inform you if you need to re-pass your test. 

 

Step 4. Obtain Study VISA 

If you have EU citizenship you do not need VISA to study in Poland! If you are a non-EU citizen, you must get a Student Visa at your nearest Polish embassy or consulate. 

The required documents for a Poland visa application are:

  • Poland Visa Application Form;
  • Two passport-sized photos;
  • International Passport;
  • Travel Medical Insurance;
  • Proof of accommodation (document confirming the availability in Poland of appropriate accommodation for the intended period of stay);
  • Documents confirming the sufficient financial resources to cover costs of living and return travel to the country of origin or residence;
  • Proof of payment of the tuition for one year, issued by Alfred Education Group; 
  • Acceptance Letter;
  • Invitation Letter;
  • Document proving your English or Polish language proficiency level;
  • Paid Visa fee receipt

Step 5. Arrive to Study

As soon as you arrive in Poland we will help you to finish the admission process in 1-3 working days and you can start your classes immediately. The representative of the University will meet you at the airport and accompany you to the accommodation and to the university.

APPLICATION STEPS

1. ADMISSION LETTER 

Citizens of foreign countries can choose any of the faculties and study directions available in Polish Universities. Information about the faculties and study programs of the universities can be obtained on our website or you can contact us and we will help to choose a suitable course for you.

 

You can easily apply online by filling in the form on our website. You can also send us the following documents by email or fax.

 

To get an Admission letter from any University in Poland, we require the following documents:

 

  •  Copy of International passport or ID Card
  •  Filled Application Form
  •  Copy of High School Certificate 
  •  Copy of Bachelor Degree Certificate (if the student applies for a Master’s degree)

As soon as you are accepted, we will send you the Admission Confirmation Letter through email in one working day.

2. INVITATION LETTER 

To get the Invitation Letter from Polish University you will have to provide us with the followings:

 

  • Payment Check covering Invitation charges, Courier charges, First Year Tuition Fee charges, and Courier Charges 
  • Copy of International Passport (should be valid for at least 2 years)
  • Copy of School Certificate (marks included) 
  • Scan of an official document confirming knowledge of the language in which the studies will be conducted (Polish or English)

You can transfer payment by bank transfer or by Western Union. Mention that you are required to cover the Complete First Year Tuition Fee according to the Invoice provided by the University.

 

After receiving the documents and payment, we will send you the Invitation letter, Admission Confirmation letter, and Visa Support Letter by courier.

3. VISA

If you are a non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizen, you must get a student visa at your nearest Polish embassy/consulate.

You can contact us for visa information and we will assist you with any issues you have. Students should apply to Polish Embassy with the following documents:

  • Two Poland visa application forms
  • Two passport-sized photos of yourself
  • Your passport
  • Health insurance
  • Proof of accommodation
  • Proof of sufficient funds
  • A university acceptance letter
  • An invitation letter
  • Document proving your English or Polish language proficiency level
  • Scholarship document
  • Proof of your flight date and time
  • Paid visa fee receipt

4. Arrival

After getting a visa from Polish Embassy or Consulate, you should inform us about the flight details with the date and arrival time. One of our representatives shall receive the student at the airport. In case the student will not inform us about their arrival, they shall be deported back to his homeland.

 

Our company informs the Migration Service of Poland with the official letter about your arrival at the airport. When passing the passport control at the airport the Border Service verifies if the official representative mentioned in your official letter is meeting you.

 

When passing the border control – you will be asked several questions and you should explain which university you are going to, which faculty you’ve entered, and who is picking you up at the airport. Make sure you have enough money to pay the university fees and cover other expenses.

 

5. Start the Classes 

After arriving in Poland students should provide us with all the documents and receipts they have to complete the admission process. Students can pay for the first year in cash or by bank transfer. We will help you to complete the admission process and registration process in 1-3 working days and you can start your classes immediately. Your dream university awaits!

 

HOW TO OBTAIN VISA

If necessary, upon acceptance into a Polish university, begin the visa application process as soon as possible. Because the process can take up to sixty days and requires several important documents, do not wait. Students from countries outside Poland will not be allowed to enter and stay in Poland if they are not in possession of the proper visa.

For Undergraduate Degree applicants:

  • A complete application form
  • Letter of Admission from the University of Poland
  • Notarized Bank Statement and history with sufficient funds for the past at least 1 year (proof of length of study and living cost)
  • Notarized Attestation of Bank Account
  • Notarized Attestation of Bank Balance
  • Letter of Motivation
  • Birth Certificate
  • Proof of ownership, properties
  • Police Clearance
  • Scholarship and Sponsorship letter if you were awarded a scholarship from a university or organization.
  • Letter of Ownership, properties 
  • Affidavit of Support if you are not supporting yourself
  • Round Trip plane tickets
  • Proof of returning home after study
  • Confirmation of Employment
  • Certificate of Integrity (from church or legal institution).
  • Letter of Recommendation from one of your school teacher
  • Letter of Attestation of Service (from your parents)

 

 

For Graduate Degree applicants (Master/Ph.D.) visa requirements:

  • A complete application form
  • Letter of Admission from University
  • Notarized Bank Statement and history with sufficient funds for the past at least 1 year
  • Notarized Attestation of Bank Account
  • Notarized Attestation of Bank Balance
  • Letter of Motivation/ Explanation
  • Birth Certificate
  • Notarized Proof of ownership, properties from parents (houses, businesses, Lands etc)
  • Police Clearance
  • Scholarship and Sponsorship letter if you were awarded a scholarship from a university or organization.
  • Affidavit of Support from parents if you are not supporting yourself
  • Round Trip plane tickets
  • Guarantee Investment Certificate from Canada (optional)
  • Proof of returning home after study
  • Letter of Employment
  • Certificate of Integrity (from church or legal institution).
  • Three Letters of Recommendation from one of your university professors, Deans and Church
  • Letter of Attestation of Service (from your parents)
  • Proof of payment of your tuition
  • Proof of payment of accommodation

 

For students who are under 18 years old.

If the student is under 18 years old, a birth certificate and the student’s parents traveling approval are required.

(Where it has to be mentioned that the student is allowed to study abroad) are required.

Note: If the documents are in another language other than English, a notarized translation should also be submitted.
